Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Fly CRM ("Fly CRM", "we", "us") is operated from Matanzas, Chile. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use flycrm.io, the Fly CRM mobile app, our CRM platform, and any connected messaging, booking, payment, or automation integrations.
Fly CRM is business software for adventure tourism operators and tandem paragliding schools. It is not a consumer social network and is not intended for children.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, role, company or school/operator association, country, and authentication metadata.
- Customer and lead data: names, phone numbers, emails, booking notes, flight preferences, service notes, payment status, and operational notes entered or imported by the operator.
- Conversation data: messages and metadata from connected channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, forms, email, or other supported channels selected by the operator.
- Booking and operational data: reservation date and time, flight status, assigned staff, customer status, reviews, and CRM pipeline information.
- Device and app data: app version, device type, push notification tokens, crash logs, diagnostics, and technical events needed to operate and secure the app.
- Integration data: tokens, IDs, settings, and logs required to connect third-party services authorized by the operator, such as messaging providers, CRM tools, payment providers, calendars, or automation systems.
2. How we use data
- Provide the CRM platform, mobile app, and operator dashboards.
- Help operators respond to leads, manage bookings, and run daily operations.
- Send operational notifications and messages configured by the operator.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts from abuse or unauthorized access.
- Maintain audit logs, reliability, backups, support, and security.
- Improve product quality and troubleshoot bugs.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, platform, and policy obligations.
3. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp data
If an operator connects Meta products — including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp — Fly CRM uses the information provided through those channels only to deliver CRM, messaging, booking, support, automation, and reporting functionality requested by the operator. We do not sell Meta user data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising. You can request deletion of data processed by Fly CRM at https://flycrm.io/data-deletion.
4. Connected services
Fly CRM may integrate with third-party services selected by the operator, including database and hosting providers, messaging APIs, payment providers, analytics, notification infrastructure, calendars, automation tools, and CRM providers. Examples may include Supabase, Vercel, Expo, Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform providers, Stripe, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, n8n, and AI inference providers. The exact provider set may vary by tenant and configuration.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Service providers needed to operate Fly CRM.
- The school or operator that controls the customer relationship.
- Third-party integrations authorized by the operator.
- Legal authorities when required by applicable law.
- Successor entities in case of a business transfer, subject to continued protection of user data.
6. Data retention
We retain data while the operator account is active and as needed for business, legal, security, tax, and audit purposes. Operators may request deletion or export of their data subject to technical and legal limitations. Integration tokens are deleted or revoked when an integration is disconnected or when deletion is requested and legally permitted.
7. User rights and requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. Authorized users or operators can contact us at vuelaconparavida@gmail.com. Customers or passengers whose data is managed by a school should normally contact that school first, because the school is the primary controller of that customer relationship.
8. Security
Fly CRM uses encrypted transport, role-based access controls, managed secret stores, audit logs, backups, and access restrictions to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond to issues responsibly.
9. International processing
Fly CRM and its providers may process data in countries different from where the user, operator, or customer is located. By using Fly CRM, the operator acknowledges that such processing may be necessary to provide the service.
10. Children
Fly CRM is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data as direct users of the service.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email.
