User Data Deletion

Fly CRM respects your right to request deletion of personal data we process through our website, CRM platform, mobile app, Meta / WhatsApp integrations, and connected operator workflows.
How to request deletion
Send an email to vuelaconparavida@gmail.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address, phone number, company or school name, and any Meta, WhatsApp, CRM, or Fly CRM account information needed to identify your data.
What we delete or anonymize
- Account profile and contact details associated with your request.
- Integration credentials, OAuth tokens, and connected-channel settings where applicable.
- WhatsApp, Meta, CRM, and booking records controlled by Fly CRM that are not required for legal, billing, security, or audit purposes.
- Operational onboarding data connected to your Fly CRM account.
- Push notification tokens and mobile app device records associated with your user account.
Timing
We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, fraud prevention, tax, payment, platform-policy, or security obligations.
Operator-controlled customer data
If you are a passenger or lead whose information is managed by a school or adventure operator using Fly CRM, you should normally contact that school or operator first. Fly CRM can assist the operator with deletion or export requests when appropriate.
Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp data
If you used Fly CRM through a Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp flow, you can request deletion using the same email process above. We will remove data held by Fly CRM and revoke connected credentials when applicable. Data held directly by Meta is governed by Meta's own tools and policies.
